My weight has suffered so much with all of the stress but with my gym out of business and living in a temporary residence and still having so much stress from constantly doing stuff for the house, there has just been no time to even exercise.
I need to get back into it......
I have a new interest though :) It's called Pinterest. I love, love, love it! At first I could not see the point, but since I immersed myself into it, it has become quite addicting!
Anyway, I just wanted to check in and make a commitment to regroup and hopefully get the weight loss moving again.
